Return Policy

We ship orders from our warehouses in 1 to 4 business days from the time you order, with these exceptions:

Custom Products and Special Shoes: within 7-14 business days of order placement.

You can return most items sold by BHmedwear.com within 20 days from the ship date. To qualify, simply call us at 866-992-4633 to get a RMA within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition ( not washes, soiled, worn, etc.) We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 3 - 5 days from the time we receive the return to process your refund. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you with store credit for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of $4.95 per-item OR 20% (instead of the $4.95 per-item fee)

For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

Items that are Not Returnable:
  • Undergarments, Worn, Washed, and/or Soiled
  • No partial case pack returns will be accepted. If you return a case pack item from the it must be returned in the original shipping pack with all individual items unopened.
  • Items received back at our warehouse after 30 days from the original ship date will not be accepted back. We will return these items to you.
  • Hospital Gowns
  • Other select items, as noted on the product detail page.
